We hope this update finds you well and excited! We have fantastic news to share with our incredible backers and supporters who have made our project possible.

1. The pallets arrived in Florida: We're excited to announce that the pallets with the US rewards have arrived at our shipping partner's warehouse in Florida today! There might be a slight delay due to hefty rain in the area, but we expect to have all the rewards shipped from Florida in the coming week.

Our shipping partners have already started unpacking and preparing all the rewards for shipping.

1. Tracking Numbers and Shipping: All US backers should expect to receive their tracking numbers within the next week. Our partners will work diligently to get your Jollylook Pinhole cameras to you as soon as possible.
    
2. Share Your Jollylook Photos: Once you have your Jollylook Pinhole cameras and kits, we encourage you to start capturing unique and beautiful photographs. Be sure to share your creations with us on social media using the hashtag #Jollylook. We can't wait to see your work and celebrate your creativity.
    
3. Feedback and Reviews: We'd love to hear your thoughts on your Jollylook Pinhole camera. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and it helps us improve our products. Feel free to leave a review on our website or share your experiences with fellow Jollylook community members.
    
4. Exciting Future Plans: We have an exciting new project in the works! In May, we'll be launching a Jollylook Square Format Instant Pinhole Camera Kit. We will share more details about this new project in our next update, which we'll post as soon as all the rewards have been delivered.

We are back with a significant update, and we couldn't be more excited to share the news with our incredible backers and supporters!

1. All Rewards Shipped: We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully shipped all the rewards to our valued backers! Your support, patience, and enthusiasm have brought us to this significant milestone, and we're grateful for each and every one of you.
    
2. Canadian and Mexican Rewards: To ensure cost-effectiveness, we have shipped all the rewards for our Canadian and Mexican backers directly from Slovakia. This approach allowed us to optimize shipping costs and better serve our community.
    
3. US Rewards: During the past two weeks, our team has been working hard to pack and label all the US rewards. All US rewards have been picked up from our Slovakia office TODAY!!! 

And are now en route to Florida. Once they arrive, they will be forwarded to their respective destinations, bringing you one step closer to enjoying your Jollylook Pinhole cameras!

1. Estimated Time of Arrival for US Rewards: If all goes well, the estimated arrival time for theses pallets with the US rewards at our shipping partners in Florida is April 12th. We will monitor the progress closely and keep you updated on any changes. We will post an update as soon as they arrive in Florida, and it shouldn't take more than three days to ship all rewards after that. 

All US rewards are expected to be delivered before April 20th.

We can't wait for you to receive your Jollylook Pinhole cameras and start capturing unique and beautiful photographs. When you get your camera, be sure to share your creations with us on social media using the hashtag #Jollylook. We love seeing your work and celebrating your creativity.

Monochrome Film Arrived and Shipping All the Remaining Rewards!

Hello to All the Beautiful People of our Big Jollylook Community!

Thank you for making our project a reality!

In the last update, we asked you to help us make the best decision regarding the monochrome film delay, and most of you voted to wait for it.

We also want to thank you for your comments and words of support. Here are some of them:

We are excited to announce that the Instax mini monochrome film has finally arrived:

And we have just begun packing and shipping all the remaining rewards with the film immediately! 

We know that many of you have been eagerly waiting for your rewards. We appreciate your patience as we worked to ensure the highest quality of your Jollylook Pinhole cameras and waited for the film.

For those in North America, we will be packing and labeling your rewards here in Slovakia. Then we will palletize them and ship them by air to our shipping partners in Florida. Once they arrive in Florida, they will be sent immediately to USPS for final delivery, and as soon as USPS scans them, you will receive an email with your tracking link and number. We expect this process to take a few weeks, but we will keep you updated every step of the way.

Additionally, we understand that waiting for your rewards can be  difficult, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible when you receive your Jollylook Pinhole camera. That's why we encourage you to visit our website and watch our tutorials on assembling and using your camera. Our tutorials cover everything from inserting the film to calculating the exposure, and we're confident they will help you get the most out of your Jollylook Pinhole camera.

Hello to All the Beautiful People of our Big Jollylook Community!

Thank you for making our project a reality!

Although the first of you have already received your DIY kits, we want to apologize that many of you still have not received your long-awaited rewards. Don’t worry. You’ll get yours soon too. 

We have already manufactured and packed all the rewards and accessories. ,

As of today, we have shipped all the rewards that include only the DIY kit, to Europe and the rest of the world except North America.

We are having a delay in shipping all the remaining rewards because the Monochrome film still didn't arrive to us, and many of you have ordered it as an add-on. We are extremely unhappy about this situation, and we wish there were a quick fix. But unfortunately the supplier misled us that it was in stock when it actually wasn't, and then the Christmas holidays delayed things. Now we have to wait a bit longer for the film to arrive so we can ship all the rewards at once. We will update you at the end of this month, and hopefully, with some good news that all the remaining rewards are shipped.

Once we receive the film, all the North American rewards will be packed in a palletized shipment with ready-to-ship to final destination labels. Then they will be shipped by air to our partner fulfillment center in Florida, and from there, quickly handed to USPS and finally delivered to you, our beautiful backers.

The way things are looking now, mid-February North American deliveries are realistic.

To all those affected, your patience and understanding are remarkable.

We can't wait to send you all your genuinely unique kits!
